POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Arrive on time.
Wear the appropriate dance wear/uniform.
Act in a polite and well-mannered fashion towards teachers and students.
No food in the studio.
Only capped water bottles allowed in the studio.
Ask if need permission to leave during a lesson.
No hot drinks or takeout food allowed in the waiting premises.
No bad language to be used.
All parents/carers must come into the centre to collect their child if they are under 12yrs.

No smoking or drinking of alcohol.
Young children will not be allowed to walk out into the car park by themselves, it is also not the responsibility of teachers to walk students out to the car parks.
Parents must be responsible for ensuring your child’s punctuality.
Fees should be paid soon after each class.
Fees CANNOT be paid for in arrears.
If you are paying through Bank transfer please reference your child’s name. Bank transfer is the preferred method however if you do not have access to internet please use Cheque Payment Method.
